"Amazing, and usefull" Pros: I loved loved loved that you can have a phone call from your office phone be forward to your cell phone. Additionally, I liked that you can dial the number on your ring central app to have it go to your phone. I also love that voice mail goes to your email.Cons: The ring central phones are a bit complicated to navigate and could use some serious simplifying.
"Great VOI service" Overall: Great experience from set up to usage. Having the ability to stay connected wherever we go is a critical need for our business.Pros: We are able to make calls from anywhere at anytime. We utilize both the hard phone lines as well as make calls right from the computer. The ability to text, fax and make calls from one number is a great value.Cons: I really don't have any complaints about this software. It's been easy to use since day one and the price is affordable.
VoIP Phone System Pros: We use this system for all of our real estate agents. It allows us to transfer calls directly to their cellphones. Works great Cons: The set up is a bit confusing and takes time to figure it out. Not sure what you could do to make this easier but it maybe a quick setup and then we can go back and add to the features later. Overall: They need to hire people who are a bit more astute in figuring out the problems. The people i spoke with about a setup of a fax number did not have the answers.
"Runs our office phone setup with no notable flaws" Pros: I most like the fact that it's yet to stop working since we started with it. With past setups, the phone would go down constantly but so far RingCentral has worked flawlesslyCons: It could stand to be a little cheaper but that's the best issue I can come up with.
"Ring Central Feedback" Pros: RingCentral is easy to use and there are many features I like about the product ; You are able to text, fax, conference calls and more.Cons: There has been multiple instances of my RingCentral going out at work, a few times when the recipient of the call could not hear me on the other end and times when my faxed would fail. All had been adjusted and fixed, but this was a roadblock at times.
"Unfortunately one of the better options out there" Overall: Our office uses VOIP soft phones, and RingCentral offers this service with all the features a business may want, at a competitive price. We complain about the bugs we experience with RingCentral service regularly, but ultimately there are limited options for VOIP soft phones with business ready feature set and RC seems to be top of the heap. "Helps us run our business in and out of the store " Pros: I love that it can ring away from the store and has an answering tree to make sure we can help our customers even if we aren't thereCons: I can't seem to switch from the two lines we have on the app so that I can see how many calls we are getting to each line. I have to log in and log out each time.
"Like it for general business phone use and faxes. " Overall: All in all, pretty good system but the glitches can be an annoyance.Pros: Ring central is great for general business phone use and faxes. Easily download it on your phone and be able to have calls go to your phone on the go.Cons: There will be times where it says you missed a call but you're phone never rang. "Great Communication Tool" Pros: RingCentral is very easy to manage. I'm able to review my own calls as well as manage my teams calls. I like that we are able to text from the phone number we use and that we can use a desktop app, mobile app or phone to stay connected.Cons: The only think I don't like is that we cannot send group texts. Often clients group text us and we can't respond to everyone, just one number.
