I was happy with the support I received and indicated above. However since the problems we are experiencing were sporadic only time will tell if the problem is truly resolved. However I feel like your customer service is knowledgeable enough to help if the problem needs further attention. more »

The agent went above and beyond to assist with testing the settings of my service to make sure the result was as I intended. He even allowed me to put him on hold and call our main RC number to listen to the voice message and prompts to confirm accuracy. I really appreciate his thoroughness and friendliness. It was a Friday afternoon at 3:00 PM and I'm sure he was ready to take off for the weekend, but you would have never known. Great attitude and service! Thank you! more »

Although it took me three tries to get an actual person on the phone, once I got to Angelo (sp?) I was able to get the help I needed. The rep took care of everything and was very pleasant and nice to speak with so please note that for this rep that this rep was excellent. more »

This ended up being a problem on our end. But Paulyne was the person who sat very patiently going through different steps to try to resolve everything. She referred us to the next level after there was no luck. But Thea kept trying to email and left phone messages and I appreciate that she was trying to be in contact to get this resolved.
