RingCentral MVP is great for internal collaboration Pros: It was easy to install, and it is easy to use. Cons: The customer service department is improving but it still takes a long time to resolve issues. There is a lot of waiting on hold for unimportant tasks. Overall: Although we do not love their customer service department, overall it is worth the money.
Great Contact Software Pros: How easy it is to use. I am able to text my clients. Cons: There is nothing I do not like about RingCentral. Its super user friendly.
Ring Central as a calling platform Pros: I like that it's a very complete platform, it's quite stable and its reports are easy to consult. Often caused problems to conference in new people who are not already part of the ecosystem Overall: Overall positive, however the ease of access for persons who are one time attendees caused issues.
Not great for business communication Pros: It allowed me to mask my cell phone number. Cons: It was difficult sometimes to tell that a call coming in was via RingCentral, and sometimes they were misdirected. Overall: Not that great, honestly. It might work better in a larger company.

It can be convoluted at times Pros: The amount of features this tools has is amazing. Cons: The way reporting is handled can be convoluted.
