"We have been a RingCentral customer since last year." Overall: A simple phone system that just works.Pros: Their integration between systems (PC, mobile phone and desk unit) is great as it allows us to be in the office at all times no matter where we are.Cons: We really wish they had a General mailbox that all extensions would get a notification of a message on.

"Very useful with many options to customize." Pros: Once it is set up it works great. There are many functions. Call forwarding works great and can be set up to do it automatically. The electronic fax system is very useful.Cons: Tried to set up and change settings, such as call forwarding, it is very difficult to do. Also looking through the faxes could have a better interface and make it easier to find what is needed.

"Tried it but did not like it" Overall: I did not have a real benefit from using this phone system and I would recommend using others. It was not for me.Pros: You can port your existing number or create a vanity number or you can have a new number issued to you. You can customize greetings and voicemail greetingCons: Was too expensive and I would miss lots of calls because of this software. Customer service will make excuses.

"Great Tool For The Workplace" Overall: Easier communication but just hope you don't have any issues!Pros: The thing I like best about Ring Central is their messaging too called Glip. You can connect the two tools and it makes workplace communication very easy and streamlined.Cons: These guys have horrible customer service. Anytime I had issues with my Ring Central or Glip account, which was a lot, it was very difficult to fix the issues with their support team.

"Beyond VOIP service a whole business suite " Overall: I am able to have access to phone call's pretty much anywhere I go and if I am not near one of the numbers I have set up, I will be notified of message's and be able to check them from all my devices. With the glimp chat interface you can keep in text message contact with team members from your computer or cell phone and if someone does not have Ring Central it's not a problem for they can just download glimp and your in business.Pros: There are so many things that are p... read more

"Average" Pros: Having the phone over the internet gives you more freedom in what you can do with a desk phone. we often had time when our land lines would go down, and didn't have an issue with this system.Cons: It was a lot to learn because there were so many options. things could very easily get twisted around.

"I have had a good experience with RingCentral, but make sure your system is powerful enough" Pros: The RingCentral Office suite has some great products which really integrate well with each other. I host daily meetings with the RingCentral Meetings app and quality is usually good. I also do a lot of cold calling from the soft phone and have the phone integrated with our Salesforce CRM, which makes logging calls very easy. "We use Ring Central GLip for our internal office chat needs" Overall: It is super easy to use and figure out from an end user's standpoint.Pros: It is super easy to use and offers a place to keep links, files, and calendars all in one place. It is easy to maintain and use.Cons: Setting up users is a little clunky. You have to invite them as an admin and then add them to your team or company.

"Delightfully Perfect" Pros: The Automatic Call Recording feature of Ring Central works exactly as you would expect and hope, recording all calls without the user having to lift a finger. The implementation is also very easy, and the integration with the main Ring Central platform is flawless.Cons: The only frustrating aspect of the system is that it is not possible to disable the call recording notification for internal calls without disabling it for external calls too.
