"Beyond VOIP service a whole business suite " Overall: I am able to have access to phone call's pretty much anywhere I go and if I am not near one of the numbers I have set up, I will be notified of message's and be able to check them from all my devices. With the glimp chat interface you can keep in text message contact with team members from your computer or cell phone and if someone does not have Ring Central it's not a problem for they can just download glimp and your in business.Pros: There are so many things that are p... read more

"Average" Pros: Having the phone over the internet gives you more freedom in what you can do with a desk phone. we often had time when our land lines would go down, and didn't have an issue with this system.Cons: It was a lot to learn because there were so many options. things could very easily get twisted around.

"I have had a good experience with RingCentral, but make sure your system is powerful enough" Pros: The RingCentral Office suite has some great products which really integrate well with each other. I host daily meetings with the RingCentral Meetings app and quality is usually good. I also do a lot of cold calling from the soft phone and have the phone integrated with our Salesforce CRM, which makes logging calls very easy. "We use Ring Central GLip for our internal office chat needs" Overall: It is super easy to use and figure out from an end user's standpoint.Pros: It is super easy to use and offers a place to keep links, files, and calendars all in one place. It is easy to maintain and use.Cons: Setting up users is a little clunky. You have to invite them as an admin and then add them to your team or company.

"Delightfully Perfect" Pros: The Automatic Call Recording feature of Ring Central works exactly as you would expect and hope, recording all calls without the user having to lift a finger. The implementation is also very easy, and the integration with the main Ring Central platform is flawless.Cons: The only frustrating aspect of the system is that it is not possible to disable the call recording notification for internal calls without disabling it for external calls too. We use ring central for our center phone system. It is very easy to use and user friendly. We like i Pros: I love how i stay logged in when i click on my icon to start our day. The text box is easy to use. The fax feature is awesome Cons: i don't have any complaints about this system. it works well for me and i enjoy using it. I was sceptical at first and do not feel that way at all now.

"Relatively easy to use product." Pros: I like that this software can be linked to your cell phone so you can receive calls anywhere you go.Cons: Not the easiest to use. If you miss a voicemail and don't have the app you must log in on their website to check voicemail messages.

"Great for Business Use" Pros: I love that everything is integrated in one system. You can call, text, and fax all in one place. You can also download the app for your desktop and have access directly on your computer and access it on your phone if needed.Cons: As with any telephone software, connectivity can be an issue. It's frustrating when the notifications are late or things aren't showing up on the desktop app.

"It works pretty well." Pros: It is easy to add a phone and an extension for people in the office. Each phone has a direct number and an extension on the main line. You can pick which is shown on the caller ID. You have pretty strict control over when you accept calls, what happens when someone calls after hours (ring to voicemail, straight to voicemail, just ring...), where the phone rings (computer, mobile device, phone, forwarded to another phone) and how many times it will ring at each location and if it is sequential or... read more
