"Great Virtual Office for Small Business Owner!!" Pros: I love how easy it is to use and the great features. It's easy to add users, transfer calls and check voicemail. I also love the caller ID feature and being able to receive calls as if I'm in the office.Cons: The only issue I've had so far is sometimes I experience the software running slow. This can be frustrating during a very busy time when making phone calls is crucial.

"Ring Central was our VOIP phone system for several years" Pros: It is an easy to use and set up phone system. We had multiple staff in multiple locations and RingCentral made it easy to do this.Cons: The softphone feature isn't the best. Also, at the time we used it there wasn't a good Softphone for Mac OSX

"Customer service has dwindled as well as the functionality." Pros: I like that this software is easy to use, and if you have a question you can usually Google it to figure out a solution.Cons: Customer service, when they answer without being on hold for 15 minutes, isn't the best. They are very nice, but it's very clear they are reading off of a script. If you ask for Tier 2 support, they can usually assist better.

"RingCentral Rings Our Bell! For a Price." Pros: The softphone app performs well and is easy to use. The softphone app can be installed on multiple computers allowing you to have, for example, one copy installed on your desktop and one copy installed on your laptop. This means that I can leave my desk and take my laptop with me and still be able to answer my phone. The softphone integrates with Outlook, so I don't have to duplicate all my contacts into another piece of software. This saves so much time and makes life so much... read more

"Great mid level office phone system for the price. " Pros: I like the flexibility of changing your location along with your desk phone. Also the conference optionsCons: stability can be hit or miss at times depending on ones internet connection. Would love easier ways to do call routing other then logging into your account portal

"I utilized RingCentral for all my calls in the office and remotely for a customer service position." Pros: I appreciated that RingCentral is utilized through my laptop, via my cell phone, and translated into voicemails via email and more. When I received a call on my laptop, the navigation through RingCentral made it easy to transfer calls, create a conference call, and track the numbers I received calls from. "Love this program ... easy to use" Pros: Easy for all users to use and has a correlation to email that is seamless. Keeps our office well organized.Cons: I would like to be able to set up separate departments with extensions within them. Either I cant or don't know how.

"Best Business UCaaS" Overall: Great quality VoIP platform. Completely unifies all of our communications.Pros: Fully featured, works out of the box, simple easy to use interface, works with any SIP based hardware.Cons: The only con I have foudn so far is it doesn't work with video end points which might be deal breaker for some. There work around is to use there meeting software which I believe is powered by goto meeting. There meeting software is a nice included feature but not a replacement for 2 video end points.
