We use ring central for our center phone system. It is very easy to use and user friendly. We like i Pros: I love how i stay logged in when i click on my icon to start our day. The text box is easy to use. The fax feature is awesome Cons: i don't have any complaints about this system. it works well for me and i enjoy using it. I was sceptical at first and do not feel that way at all now.
"Relatively easy to use product." Pros: I like that this software can be linked to your cell phone so you can receive calls anywhere you go.Cons: Not the easiest to use. If you miss a voicemail and don't have the app you must log in on their website to check voicemail messages.
"Great for Business Use" Pros: I love that everything is integrated in one system. You can call, text, and fax all in one place. You can also download the app for your desktop and have access directly on your computer and access it on your phone if needed.Cons: As with any telephone software, connectivity can be an issue. It's frustrating when the notifications are late or things aren't showing up on the desktop app.
"It works pretty well." Pros: It is easy to add a phone and an extension for people in the office. Each phone has a direct number and an extension on the main line. You can pick which is shown on the caller ID. You have pretty strict control over when you accept calls, what happens when someone calls after hours (ring to voicemail, straight to voicemail, just ring...), where the phone rings (computer, mobile device, phone, forwarded to another phone) and how many times it will ring at each location and if it is sequential or... read more
"Great Virtual Office for Small Business Owner!!" Pros: I love how easy it is to use and the great features. It's easy to add users, transfer calls and check voicemail. I also love the caller ID feature and being able to receive calls as if I'm in the office.Cons: The only issue I've had so far is sometimes I experience the software running slow. This can be frustrating during a very busy time when making phone calls is crucial.
"Ring Central was our VOIP phone system for several years" Pros: It is an easy to use and set up phone system. We had multiple staff in multiple locations and RingCentral made it easy to do this.Cons: The softphone feature isn't the best. Also, at the time we used it there wasn't a good Softphone for Mac OSX
"Customer service has dwindled as well as the functionality." Pros: I like that this software is easy to use, and if you have a question you can usually Google it to figure out a solution.Cons: Customer service, when they answer without being on hold for 15 minutes, isn't the best. They are very nice, but it's very clear they are reading off of a script. If you ask for Tier 2 support, they can usually assist better.
"RingCentral Rings Our Bell! For a Price." Pros: The softphone app performs well and is easy to use. The softphone app can be installed on multiple computers allowing you to have, for example, one copy installed on your desktop and one copy installed on your laptop. This means that I can leave my desk and take my laptop with me and still be able to answer my phone. "Great mid level office phone system for the price. " Pros: I like the flexibility of changing your location along with your desk phone. Also the conference optionsCons: stability can be hit or miss at times depending on ones internet connection. Would love easier ways to do call routing other then logging into your account portal
