"Easy to use and loaded with a lot of features!" Pros: The system is super easy to manage, You can create unlimited extensions, manage your automatic messages, send/receive faxes, send/receive voice messages and sms, and much more!Cons: In order to be able to send sms from every extension or receive direct calls, you need to have a dedicated phone number and the price for each number tend to be pretty high.

"This is an excellent cloud based phone solution." Overall: Excellent cloud based VOIP service.Pros: I like being able to use it across any device be it my desk top, laptop, tablet or whatever. I also like that my voicemails will go to my email. That is very helpful to me. Their customer support is extremely helpful. I have always dreaded calling any companies customer service except this one.Cons: The only downside is that with it being cloud based if your internet is down or bad then your phone service will be as well but ... read more

Great idea, features are cool but definitely fundamental flaws Pros: Texting, having the app from computer to cell phone, create groups. There is more to do then you may think you need, until you start implementing them and realize how much more productive it is. Cons: Customer service is rough to say the least, it takes like 15 minutes just to validate the account and by then your already frustrated before you even address why you called. "my experience with ring central is great and very convenient" Overall: my clients can easily get in touch with me thru call and can also send me filesPros: what I like the most with ring central is that it has many use, i can call the clients, they can send me their documents thru fax i can record the callCons: what I like the least with this soft ware is that my session always expired, its pretty tiring logging in and out of it.

"Good enterprise VOIp communications solution" Overall: recommend as a virtual voip solution.Pros: the product has a very good smartphone app to make/ receive calls. the features are very good allows for setting custom call workflows and assignments. Since migrating from Vonage we have not had many issues with the service.Cons: The overall migration process from one provider to the other can be improved, it took us almost 1 week to get setup. "Very Good Service" Overall: It helps me with my sales, I could not work without this software.Pros: I like the ability to install in the Desktop App, Cellphone and even on my tablet. The fax feature is very simple, its just the number@rcfax.com, other service use very long fax email in order to send by email, you can print directly to fax, or fax from Desktop App. I can send Pictures from the Desktop App and from Mobile App, this is very useful for my work. "Postive, ring central works great for our Business" Pros: Easy to setup phones, the soft phone is awesome I use it all the time. I like getting ym voicemail in email. Simple cloud managed solution. If you have solid internet the call quality is very good.Cons: Some times administration can be a little confusing. Usually it is decent though. It is cloud based, when amazon had an outage last month, the phones were down for a bit.

I use this in the recruiting department of a Trucking Company Pros: What I like most is that the real time reports that are available for everyone who uses it. It shows performance and productivity which is useful to gauge yourself throughout the day. Cons: What I like least about the software is the inability to handle multiple calls at once. I'm unable to put one on hold and answer another which can be very difficult in this line of work.

"Great customer support, the software works great as long as you have a good Internet connection."
