"It works on my phone and pc" Pros: Ease of integration with other platforms. I link it with my CRM and google apps. The setup of call flows is easy extremely easy to doCons: No complaints. I have been using the service for 8 years and the network quality, constant upgrades and feature enhancements have made it irreplaceable for us.
"Great way to confidentially fax and make calls" Overall: Easy way to fax from your computerPros: I can make business calls and faxes directly from my computer saving me time and money. Great way to keep my info confidential at minimum price.Cons: I primarily use this service for faxing so I haven't had any problems with it. I would recommend it to anyone.

"Great quality sound on all calls and very user-friendly!" Overall: Clear phone calls that come through even International!Pros: Emails you when a call is missed or a voicemail is left so if for some reason our office is closed we can still return the call.Cons: I do not have any cons at this time for the Ring Central software as it meets all my needs for call answering.

"I have been using Ring Central for a little over 3 years" Pros: The system is easy to use and they have a soft phone download feature for headset use. It is convenient and works with other programs as wellCons: One thing that I am not a fan of but it isn't really a bad thing is that every user has their owner log in information to update the settings. I think it is better to have the option to change settings for all of the users at once.

There are many integrations (with CRMs like Salesforce for instance) and the interface is easy to use (on your computer or cell phone). "Does the job, but error prone." Pros: RingCentral allows me to call people from my computer. It has click to dial and a chrome plug-in, both of which are convenient.Cons: The errors. Calls drop, dial tracking into SalesForce worked sometimes or not at all we just had a bunch of issues with this program. We ended up switching the software that we used to make outbound calls because of this.
