"I find RingCentral to be very efficient and easy to work with for my needs" Overall: The calls come through efficiently and effectively. I don't think I've ever had to say "RingCentral has messed something up." Consistently, quietly efficient.Pros: I like being able to track calls on a call log that I can download into Excel. "Overall good." Overall: Making phone calls, recording call in case I forgot something, showing my calls to my boses for them to grade me, for coaching purposes, etc.Pros: Records my calls when I need it to, sends calls to my cell when I'm out of the office. "Easy to use faxing service that meets all of our needs." Overall: Easy to use faxing service and notification system.Pros: Our office utilizes RingCentral for all of our faxing needs. The program is very easy to navigate and is very reliable. We love the almost instant notification when a fax fails so we can remedy the issue immediately with our clients.Cons: The program does take a little longer to load at the initial start up but other than that, the program works great.

"Offers a more effective option for business communication." Pros: My favorite feature is the faxing capability. I love that I don't have to print anything! I can upload files to fax them out, and I receive .pdf files that I can view and not have to print.Cons: It is very simple to use. I haven't encountered a problem yet, and have not had to contact customer service.
"Affordable, Easy Setup but Support is Lacking" Pros: Ring Central is an affordable option to use. We have used it over the last several years. What we liked was pricing, features and ease of use for non-technical users. Setting it up and having it look like you had a whole team working for you rather than our smallish staff was a nice plus. Ring Central Contact Center Review Pros: Awesome for small to large businesses - this contact portal has literally grown with our company and is a living-breathing document that is accessible to all of our staff! Seriously awesome! Cons: I have very little cons to say - granted I love everything Ring Central, but the biggest con is just the "ticket" system and having to rely on a reply from Customer Service when you have an issue.
"Okay for office environment" Pros: I love that we can actually download the application on the phone. When we are not on our desk, we can still take phone call on our cell because the phone call gets forwarded to our cell phone.Cons: The only thing that I hate probably, NOTHING. Oooo probably changed the automated robot voice to be more not like robot?
