Used Ring Central for our business for 10 years, the first 8 years it was great, good customer service. Then two years ago it all changed, while the product is solid, the deceptive billing practices they implemented were horrible. Would not wish them on my worst enemy.

After years as loyal RingCentral customers, we’re outraged by their deceptive billing. For over a year, they charged us $90/month for a DigitalLine Unlimited feature—even after we canceled the associated phone numbers. We assumed the charges would stop, but instead, they continued without any notice, alert, or transparency. When we finally caught it, their response was blame-shifting and zero accountability. Garbage company with a garbage product, had them and canceled their service literally within 2-1/2 hours of having them because their integration into Salesforce didn’t work and failed. They kept trying to blame sales force. It’s been 4 months and we still haven’t received a refund despite getting several verifications and emails. STAY. FAR. AWAY. From this company.

The customer service experience with this company is nothing short of a complete disaster. What should be straightforward, like making a simple phone call, quickly turns into a drawn-out nightmare every single time. It’s as if no one there knows how to do their job properly. Our Optometry Office started with Ring Central because their google rating was high but that was a mistake. Customer Service was horrible from beginning to end. Service was ok once we finally got set up. However, any issues we had with them were difficult to resolve. Even leaving the company & moving to a different phone & fax service provider was difficult.
