The customer service experience with this company is nothing short of a complete disaster. What should be straightforward, like making a simple phone call, quickly turns into a drawn-out nightmare every single time. It’s as if no one there knows how to do their job properly. this company was called in order for our company to actually use their system. I explained to them exactly what I needed in detail they got me all the way to the end charged me and then told me that they couldn't actually do what I needed them to do. I asked them why they continue when I expressed several times exactly what I needed only for them to tell me that they couldn't provide all of that. Worst experience ever I thought seen some bad behavior in movies I called on Friday to resolve texting issue they said they would call me today to resolve The guy had a heavy accent and wouldn’t answer basic questions about my account or services he hung up on me so I called to complain turns out you cannot make complaints like you would think you could I was told to call a separate number to make a complaint I will be switching companies late this week so I don’t have deal with customer service at this point I wouldn’t take... read more

These guys are trying to strong arm me into a termination fee. We had been customers for almost 10yrs with theprevious owner. I signed nothing and they rolled my contract into another cycle. When i explained the mistake and showed tehm the termination request they tried to come at me with over 1k in termination fees. I would not do business with a comapny like this. Shady.

Bad bad bad customer services. I'm having there Ultra Package and facing an issue from last 3 weeks and trying to reachout to them.. trying to call the customer services and the account executive but they dont respond. I'm using there Ultra Package and still they deal this way. I wish one day this company should be closed the way the customer services represetative spoke with me.
