Used Ring Central for our business for 10 years, the first 8 years it was great, good customer service. Then two years ago it all changed, while the product is solid, the deceptive billing practices they implemented were horrible. Would not wish them on my worst enemy.
Paying the bill with them online is super difficult. There's not even a "Make a payment option." Very unintuitive.
Garbage company with a garbage product, had them and canceled their service literally within 2-1/2 hours of having them because their integration into Salesforce didn’t work and failed. They kept trying to blame sales force. It’s been 4 months and we still haven’t received a refund despite getting several verifications and emails. STAY. FAR. AWAY. From this company.
