Amazing experience with Amy and the entire crew at Rinker’s Lake Conroe. We now have a new Sylvan and couldn’t be happier with the purchase and delivery experience. Amy is a consummate professional and she knows her business well while naturally delivering a first class customer experience.
We purchased our new Cobalt from Rinkers 3 years ago and have been very happy with both the sales and service departments. The sales team made it easy and is very knowledgeable about all the different boats. We have been using the service department for our annual maintenance and they are responsive, professional, and customer focused. It’s great working with a group you can trust.
We recently worked with AMY of Rinkers Boat World Lake Conroe to purchase a Cobalt R5 and bring it out to Lake Tahoe, CA. Amy was AMAZING! Amy’s deep product knowledge, excellent communication (including tons of photos and videos), and reassuring professionalism, made the remote purchase an easy and stress free decision. Drove all the way from Beaumont to Lake Conroe to purchase a boat I seen on their website. The reason I drove from Beaumont to Lake Conroe to look at the boat (2019 Robalo R160) was everything in their inventory was in top shape. There was no trash or questionable boats in their inventory which let me know that they only offered top of the line inventory new or used and cared about what they put their customers in. Service after the sale!!! Bought my boat in 2009 after a demo on the lake and have loved it every day since. Had some issues with the freeze and Melanie was right there to help with transportation, repairs and a new custom cover. These guys are there for you when you need them. Highly recommend them as they treat you like family.
