What a great buying experience. Amy was low pressure and super knowledgeable. There wasn’t a question I asked that she didn’t know the answer. She took her time to find us the perfect model for our needs. On delivery she had the boat in the water and took us out on the lake to explain in detail how everything works. When we got back they were waiting with our trailer so we could load the boat and take it home. We were super impressed with the whole experience.
I had a great buying experience with Rinker’s Conroe store, I purchased a cobalt R4 surf boat. It started at the Houston Boat and Auto show where I was assisted by Sam Thornton, Sales Manager. Sam and his team did a good job of explaining the options for the R4 Surf boat. They took time at the Conroe store to insure that I ordered exactly what I was after.
