This place charges the tenants for “allocated water” There is no way you knowing how much water you use. They charge what they want. Oh guess what??? They turn off the water for hours at a time. Theyare on their 4 or 5th manager. Trash issue. No maintenance guy available?!! Stay the hell out of this place. They are horrible!!!!!!!!

I am very happy to be here the rent is reasonable and once they finish remodeling it’s going to be excellent. Under new management and the changes are happening and here is where you want to be.

SAVE YOURSELF & YOUR CREDIT!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS RV PARK!! MY HUSBAND & I STAYED HERE FOR 2 MONTHS DUE TO HIS JOB & AFTER WE LEFT (3/2020) WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR $100 DEPOSIT UNTIL THIS DAY HAVE NOT. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS. ALSO MESSED UP MY HUSBANDS CREDIT SCORE CLAIMING WE OWED THEM MONEY AFTER LEAVING, WE DID NOT. SPOKE TO OFFICE & THEY AGREED TO TAKE IT OFF HIS CREDIT ADMITTING CHARGES WERE WRONG & SHOULD NOT BE ON ACCOUNT.
