I was gifted this money to do some self care before the arrival of my baby next week..Unfortunately was not satisfied with the service I received today. Ive been here a couple times before with my previous pregnancy and thought it was a good place to return. I called and they were able to schedule me within the hour, so that was nice. I loooooove Veronica at Rio!! I walked in today and said “I need to know your name because you need to be my girl!” She looked like this 🥴, and we both just fell out laughing (they clearly came out all wrong). She has done the past few waxes that I have had, and she is Phenomenal! I have had NO ingrown hairs, and my waxes last a while!! And she makes sure that you look beautiful when she’s done. These girls are troopers! They have been working without a/c for a few days now (it's being fixed this afternoon) and they are doing everything they can to make the uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible for their clients. Tati at the Douglasville location is the best waxer! Not only did she wax me, but also my mother and sister. We were all first-time waxers, and Tati made the experience as painless and comfortable as possible. She walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely at ease. Tati is incredibly sweet, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend her services!
One of my least favorite things to do but Fabi was great.. her techniques and precision made it as painless as possible. I will definitely be coming back.
