Best place to workout in hampstead, with reasonable membership fees. There's an area for babies to play while parents workout, and they allow older kids to workout for free, with parental supervision of course. It provides a family friendly atmosphere, no intimidating gym Bros...🤣. Punching bags and tractor tires are also available for you MMA enthusiasts... 🤣...

Visiting friends in the area and needed a gym for the week. Found this one googling, “Gyms near me.” Upon arrival, was met by the owner…he was friendly and informative, gave me a quick tour, and said to let any staff know if I needed anything. The gym was very clean, well equipped, and had a great vibe. Will use again when in the area.

Just made a phone call to check out their Silver Sneakers classes the person I spoke with was very helpful and answered all my ? Update I just started with the Silver Sneakers class It's wonderful great instructor gives clear instructions. Class size is just right If you're in looking for a class geared towards Sr. this is the place

Once you walk in, your greeted with friendly staff, clean environment, and great atmosphere. The gym is not enormous however that is offset with the great attitude, hardly ever having to wait to use equipment and flexibility of the membership. Extremely military friendly and another bonus is some of the proceeds going to support veterans and active duty. Highly recommend and I will definitely be going here as much as I can!
