The absolute best experience I've ever had with this type of doctor and care. Rita is very thoughtful, caring, and takes time to listen and help you understand. She takes the time to explain your options discuss your thoughts and worries and help you decide what is best for you. There was no stress, anxiety, or pressure. Highly recommended!
I did not want to add any stars but it would not let me leave a review if I didn’t. I am not giving this place any stars. I registered a couple of weeks ago and was told that because medication was involved, I would have to have an In Person visit for the first because it was state law. I later recieved an email telling me the date and address of the visit. I get a 30 minute lunch break so I got to the address 10 minutes early and at 10 after (20 minutes later) the receptionist came out asking who my appointment was with. ... read more
After abruptly, having to choose another doctor, several phone calls and canceled appointments the Manager , Mr. Etiennne found Rita. It’s hard to adjust to someone new, but she was very very pleasant. And, she listened to me and that’s exactly what I needed. I wanted to stay with Lifestance and they made sure I did. I had to travel for the first visit but it was Worth it. Thank you.
Had a very friendly first visit. Pnp Ososanya was awesome at listening to me ramble on (ADHD lol) and quickly helped me begin a new regimen to recover from some side effects of a previous doctors prescription that my body didn't tolerate well. I left the session feeling hopeful and positive about moving forward with them and my mental health.
I made the appointment and was given a very good time frame. I went to my appointment. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly chat about why I was there. She is very professional and set my next appointment.
