We had an appointment today with a wonderful young women named Kayla in the Cranberry Pa office! She was absolutely wonderful! She was so good in not overwhelming us and went through the process of us selecting all our flooring for our new home. We have not had to do this process in 30 years and we were very anxious if not a little overwhelmed but she was so professional and almost felt like we wanted her opinion on things. Everything was good
I got several quotes from different companies but Rite Rug Flooring was the best quote. Working with Lisa Schorsch in Charlotte was super easy. I love my vinyl plank flooring. The installation was quick. They removed my old laminate and put down the new flooring on my entire first floor and they were done by 2. I highly recommend them.
Experience was great from start to finish. Ashley came to our house with samples. We ordered what we wanted and two days later it was installed. So easy and no complaints. Completely satisfied!!
