I have historically had a great experience with RiteRug and this was no different. I reached out to Kevin Wright because my living room and dining room carpet that was installed about six years ago, was in good condidtion but had areas that were rippling. My 101 year old mother uses a walker to get around and I was fearful that she might fall. We absolutely love the floors we had installed from RiteRug Flooring. Kevin Wright came to our house with samples that matched the ideas we shared online and over the phone. We were able to pick one easily, and we couldn’t be happier. The installation was scheduled for two days since we were doing the whole house, but the installers came in, completed the install, cleaned up and moved our furniture back in a day. I was amazed. My experience was better than I anticipated. My sales rep was Kevin Wright, who thoroughly explained pricing and the install process, and followed up to be sure I was satisfied. From quote to install was only 5 days, which is quite impressive. The installers were quick, polite, and (best part) left a clean house! I will definitely be using Rite Rug again - already picking out product for the next set of rooms!

Kevin Wright from Rite Rug came to my home because I needed to replace the carpet in my three bedrooms, hall, stairs up, and also the stairs to my basement and a room that will be used as an extra den.
