Sales team wonderful installation team horrible. Installation team was to be at our house Friday between eight and nine in the morning. We called at 10 we were told they would be there within an hour. We called at one. They said they would get back with us, got back with us at two stating that they were still on the old job won’t be able to come until Saturday between eight and nine. At 10 o’clock we called got no response from the store. However the installers showed up at about 1030. 95% of the job was good 5% was pretty h... read more
