We were looking for a reputable company to do our business floors and have the ability to work with our tight schedule and special requirements. Joey and team were recommended so we called and we could not have made a better choice. Joey’s communication and commitment to deliver great service was spot on. Horrible service. Dishonest business. Do not take any pride in their work. Below are pictures of the "finished" product that Joey and his company deem to be "complete"... Joey will swindle you every chance he gets, starting with the initial order in which he listed every room of the house on the invoice but was somehow 40% short on material and ordered the wrong padding. I am writing this review after completion of work and having dealt with the vendor for the so-called "lifetime warranty". They did a good job of installing the tiles and it all looks good but there were issues. First of all, they came to start the work without visiting me before and giving any instructions. They gave me a quote by looking at a competitor's quote without a site visit. Old tiles needed to be demolished before installation of the new tiles.
