Customer service was good, although the service -#2 was to include a car wash and this wasn’t done. Only the inside was vacuumed, the exterior wasn’t washed.

I brought my Elentra in to fix the steering wheel rubbing noise. River City Hyundai fixed the issue under warranty. Great service!

My vehicle is always well looked after when I bring it to Rivercity and should there ever be something overlooked, which has only happened once, they are quick to make it right.
