There were a few hiccups along the way with miscommunications among key persons/entities that caused some setbacks for our family but overall, it has been a good experience. Special thanks to Mr. John Lunsford who initially showed us 6250 Gillham Dr. who was very easy to relate to and encouraging. Mr.Bo (who gave us the keys) was encouraging that day as well by assuring us to make it our home... giving permission to hang curtains and install a security door on the back door that would add value... We love our neighborhood and we are quite happy with our home. Our house is owned by a private individual and is rented thru River City. River city has been responsive to most of our maintenance requests but some of our needs were rejected by the owner.

Great experience with River City. I have been renting with them for over 5 years. They are always available to resolve any issues. They have the best contractors that are always quick to respond and do great work. The staff is the best. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to assist with anything.

I hope this one star review I leave speaks to the volumes I intend it to. This company has by far left a horrible imprint. The way they conduct business leaves a lot to be desired, very unprofessional. A low standard of ethics is clear. I’ll reference the instance that has drawn me to write this, a man brutally beat a woman in one of the houses they rent, he chased her through the neighborhood and into my mothers garage that she rents from this, for lack of a better word “company”. This is not true. We responded promptly and offered to set her up with a simply safe security system free of charge. We told her to let us know when the WIFI was on and working, and we would happily be out there to install it.
