Step son just moved to these apartments. Its a very nice complex for this small town. The grounds are very well kept the apartment itself is nice but a little small for a 2 bedroom. But the bathroom is rather large even compared to homes in this area. If set up properly it is very cozy for a small beginning family. Parking is pretty typical for apartment complex. Only down side in my opinion there is not a covered parking area...even if one would have to pay a little more...this option isn't available here. They are pet f... read more
Seems like kind of a sketchy place. I attend NA meetings here. The clubhouse is nice and clean. Very grateful for this place being available for meetings. Seem to be a bunch of tweakers running around just after dark.
The manager, Shanna, is really wonderful! It's quiet, clean, spacious, our unit was updated inside with a lovely river view. Little swing set and climber for the kids on the property which is handy. Nice small town apt complex.
We (my wife, son and I) lived here for 1 year. It was quite, but outdated. I hear they have made updates since we moved out, but I have not seen.
These are alright, but like everything else in McMinnville, rent is too damn high
