Used to be an amazing neighborhood with lots of potential but Dogwood sold it to Fischer homes and it’s gone downhill from there. So if you want to buy a house that’s cheap construction this is the place! Ugly houses, poor quality, poor craftsmanship. Btw all of the homearama houses were built by other builders before Fischer was even involved in the neighborhood, but they sure like to advertise it.
Fisher does not stand behind their work. They poured our sidewalks wrong the city made them repour them. They destroyed my yard and told me sod wasn’t warranted so I’m left with a destroyed yard. I closed in December they never hooked up the heat pump and wired the indoor unit wrong. System ran on emergency heat for four moths. Sky high utility bills. No compensation. Have had an electrical short in kitchen and lights flicker when you run the vacuum. Would not recommend a Fisher home.
Beautiful

This team has worked so hard to cover and organize this project so well. This is the most beautiful home I have ever had the privilege to live in and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone thinking about buying or building a new home.
