The staff was extremely nice. I really liked the view of the river and crossing the road with the train rails going down for us. The train horn was fun to hear also. I was up to a great workout that day and indeed I got one, but the bikes do have motors if needed.

My partner and I attended the 8:00 AM River Fox Train railbike session with a small group of six people. The overall ride was fun and the scenery along the route was lovely — a mix of farmland, open fields, and stretches along a quiet road. However, there were several aspects that could be improved to make the experience safer and more enjoyable. While the instructors were friendly, they weren’t as attentive or organized as other railbike tours I’ve been on. There were two instructors, one who rides in the front and leads a... read more

I took the afternoon high tea train and it was just ok. The railroad car was very cold and they did turn off the ceiling fans but it was still chilly the whole time (I saw other people putting on jackets and scarves), so if you're going bundle up! We only saw a view of the river maybe 5 minutes the rest of the time was just trees and some farmland. I thought we would be going along the River the whole time. The high tea was average. For the four of us we got four over baked chocolate croissants (very dark brown) four tiny sa... read more

We did the christmas train and it was a fun experience, however, not $70+ worth. The train is decorated and looks cute but the views on the train are nothing out of the ordinary, I felt like the experience was definitely upsold, costumes are ok, you can barely talk and take a pic with Santa and then the Grinch didn’t even stop by our table. The price is definitely waaaay too high for what you get. The cocoa was cold, the cookies were cold and clearly pre-packed, nothing tasted fresh. I was disappointed, we spent a bunch of m... read more

I bought this as a birthday surprise for my husband. We took a 10am on Monday, so there was only one other rider with us :). It is a bit weird when you get there to find the "check in". It was a gorgeous morning, and a beautiful ride. You have to wear helmets, so leave your hats in the car. There is an electric opportunity if you can't pedal anymore. Would recommend this 100%.
