Staff was very warm and friendly. I called to set up an appt as I had an emerg right before Thanksgiving holiday & was experiencing pain. The receptionist was very pleasant and empathetic, got me in the office the same day. Dr.Patel was very informative and advising me of my options of treatment & made me feel comfortable about my upcoming appt.
My husband and I go here and have nothing but great things to say! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My cleaning and dental exam were done thoroughly and I felt truly taken care of here!
This was my first visit with the new personnel at River Hills Dentistry. I had a wonderful experience with everyone who treated me. I will be back for my next checkup and I would surely recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental care
Not only an Outstanding operation, but a friendly, comfortable, and caring facility and staff. Going to the dentist is probably not on anyone's entertainment calendar, but if you need teeth care, this is the place to go. The staff takes the time to get to know you, they greet and treat you with with a smile and cheerful words and the care is phenomenal. Your not just another patient, it's like a friendship. This is true Professionalism. Thank you Tiffany, Jasmine, Dr Patel and the rest of the staff.
Jasmine at the front desk was super sweet and got me checked in quickly. My hygienist, Delores was absolutely amazing. I mistakenly scheduled my cleaning on the same date as my late mother’s birthday and she passed two months ago, so I was having a rough day. Delores was very gentle, understanding and reassuring and she finished my cleaning quickly and thoroughly. I even felt her wipe my tears away couple of times when I got sad and began crying out of nowhere. You guys deserve more than 5 stars!
