Jeff and his team are so great to work with. We have built other pools in the past and this job was the best and less stressful by far. It's a pretty seamless process from start to finish. If there are any issues that come up once the job is complete and all is paid, which can happen with any new construction job, they still do the right thing by coming back to fix any issues and make everything right again. I can’t recommend River Pools highly enough. They were wonderful to work with! We had a pretty large project (pool, inground hot tub and fire pit , outdoor kitchen, landscaping) and everything turned out beautifully. While we did have a few hiccups, which I think you expect with any project of this size, everything was always dealt with promptly and efficiently. Jeff and his team did an outstanding job with our pool project. We had a vision that they brought to life and were patient and wanting to get it just perfect for us. They communicated constantly and even followed through with minor repairs after the pool was complete. Started on time and despite a month of rain finished super timely. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend.
