We worked with Jeff and his team starting in June this year on our project. When you're spending this amount of money on a project, you need tight communication and documentation. These were my biggest concerns when looking at Pool build companies. I was told by some neighbors that River Pools excelled at this. Jeff and the river pools team were amazing to work with at every step Of the process. They helped us design the perfect pool and were excellent at communicating throughout the entire installation. Our whole family is loving the pool!
I initially chose River Pools for a number of reasons, including pool design and the lower chemical cleansing process they utilize. Jeff and his team were superb. River Pools was prompt and reliable throughout the pool-building process. I received daily text messages with the plan for the day and which crew members would be doing the work. Jeff and his team are so great to work with. We have built other pools in the past and this job was the best and less stressful by far. It's a pretty seamless process from start to finish. If there are any issues that come up once the job is complete and all is paid, which can happen with any new construction job, they still do the right thing by coming back to fix any issues and make everything right again.
