We are very happy with our new RP pool. The process took only 2 months after we broke ground. The workmanship and customer service was excellent . All the employees are personable, and attentive. I would highly recommend them. We had a few minor glitches that were addressed and fixed promptly.

We had a River pool installed in Aug 2024 and it was a great experience!! I’ll start by saying that we are hard to please, and all our expectations were met! We had a great experience designing everything with Shane and he set our expectations very well. Once construction started, Rob was a great PM who oversaw everything with expertise. Every crew who came was very skilled and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. I HIGHLY recommend River Pools!! Oh, and apart from our experience, we absolutely LOVE our new pool!!!!!
We put in a pool and as everyone knows, it is a major investment. After some research online and performing some due diligence, it was clear River Pools was really the only option. Their video library is second to none. They have fantastic marketing, sales, installation and customer support teams. Was an amazing experience and they helped us create a beautiful outdoor oasis. Cannot recommended them enough based on my first hand experience.
