The install team (Denny & Travis) was excellent - they worked quickly and deliberately. However, the communication between the install team on site, the owner (Frank), and us was poor which created frustration on our part. We constantly had to follow-up to see what was happening starting with getting updated renderings; there was no proactive communication to us to set expectations or report on progress.
