The sales and selection process with Chris and Kimball went smoothly. They worked with the city and the HOA to ensure the project meet all code requirements. We had a situation in our backyard with settling. This required us to remove our existing River Pool shell to be able to excavate and remedy the problem. River Pools of Southern Utah was able to handle the removal and reinstallation of the pool. They were friendly, professional, and patient with questions and coordination. Communication was timely. We contracted with River Pools of So. Utah for a D32 and raised spa. After meeting Chris and Kimball and going over our wants and concerns, we got a good feeling moving forward with the build. The pool/spa were ordered and delivered within weeks. I had heard nightmare stories of poor setting/backfill of fiberglass pools, so was quite nervous going into it.
