-lengthy construction, damaged our irrigation system, then either accidentally or intentionally concealed it, leading to further delays & required digging up and re-pouring driveway concrete, poor planning of concrete pour around pool resulting in poorly aligned pool cover tract & poorly functioning pool cover mechanism, river pools and subs used our trash and recycle bins preventing our use,improper installation/malfunction of auto fill mechanism which had to be corrected prior to sale of house.
