We absolutely loved working with River Pools Sourhern Utah! Kimball and Chris were so amazing. Communication was always great and they got our pool installed so fast. They began the process on January 24th and we were swimming by April 13th. We have heard horror stories about other local pool companies, but River Pools Southern Utah knows how to do it right. Kimball was even able to get us set up with an amazing sound system for the entire backyard. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone!
River Pools of Southern Utah is a well-organized team of professional pool builders. From start (dig) to finish (swim) it was 10 weeks for the X36. The sales and selection process with Chris and Kimball went smoothly. They worked with the city and the HOA to ensure the project meet all code requirements. We had a situation in our backyard with settling. This required us to remove our existing River Pool shell to be able to excavate and remedy the problem. River Pools of Southern Utah was able to handle the removal and reinstallation of the pool. They were friendly, professional, and patient with questions and coordination. Communication was timely. We contracted with River Pools of So. Utah for a D32 and raised spa. After meeting Chris and Kimball and going over our wants and concerns, we got a good feeling moving forward with the build. The pool/spa were ordered and delivered within weeks. I had heard nightmare stories of poor setting/backfill of fiberglass pools, so was quite nervous going into it.
