Our entire experience from initial design to first swim was amazing. The team helped us take our backyard vision and make it a reality! Karla and I want to thank Joe (and the Pentair rep) for the quick response in getting our pool up and running again following a lightning strike this June 2025 (our pool was completed October 2024). Following a destructive storm, our pool and heater panels were damaged and not operable. We reached out to Joe and he was quick to get this resolved and our systems up and running again while we were out of town.
