River Pools was Fantastic! 10 out of 10! They followed thru on everything they said they were gonna do. Communication was outstanding! Thank you Joe, Kristen and Ken for creating our wonderful oasis that we will enjoy for years😀
Karla and I want to thank Joe (and the Pentair rep) for the quick response in getting our pool up and running again following a lightning strike this June 2025 (our pool was completed October 2024). Following a destructive storm, our pool and heater panels were damaged and not operable. We reached out to Joe and he was quick to get this resolved and our systems up and running again while we were out of town. Joe and the team at Rivers Pool St Louis did an amazing job installing our new fiberglass pool. The team was always communicating every aspect of the build and very professional. They know what they are doing and I would trusted them with every part of the design and build process!
We can’t say enough good things about Joe, Kristen and their River Pools team! From start to finish, our River Pools project was them fulfilling our desire to create a backyard oasis. Joe & Kristen were awesome to work with and our backyard turned out even better than imagined! As with all construction projects there were some hiccups here and there, but they were fantastic at communicating and kept the project moving the best they could. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to put in a pool!
