Recently new to the Northern Neck, we had no idea what to expect when hiring River Pools to install a C40 in our backyard. Grayson was wonderful explaining every aspect of the pool and how each add-on enhanced the swimming experience. Wesley was awesome as the project manager keeping us updated on timing for each step and what it would entail. We are very pleased with our pool and love our robot who is making clean up a breeze! They are efficient and very professional. The customer is assigned a pool counselor who overseas the pool from beginning to end. During the whole process, the customer have knowledgable techs who explain everything and anything. They are friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about working with River Pools.
