So I get my nails done here from time to time (at least 12+ times a year) and I’ve only ever had good experiences, except this last one(hence the four stars it would have been a five till today.) I taught several of the front desk staff and attendants booking protocol, product knowledge and two new hair and scalp treatments from John Paul Mitchel Systems. This spa is run very well and I want to take my wife back to enjoy the services as a couple.
River Rock Spa has always been a very relaxing and clean environment. Their facilities include a steam room, sauna, and hot tub which you can gain access to by purchasing a day pass or if you use any of the services they offer you can use the facilities all day. Wonderful location. It's so much fun to have access to the day spa and just come and go as you please. Go hit the tables in between soaking, sauna and treatments. Expensive but worth the experience. Better than gambling all the money away.
The spa was so relaxing. My masseuse did a fantastic job and I left feeling amazing. They have a hot tub, sauna, and steam room for you to relax in after you massage, fruit water, cold towels so you don't overheat, and calming music. It was very much worth going.
