I had a terrible experience! I work full time as a nurse. I take care of my mother who has leukemia. I had a huge leak in my kitchen ceiling requiring tons of overtime I had to work to fix and pay for it. I went the the spa because I was extremely exhausted. I had a nice massage with Nicole and then went to shower. While in the shower he desk person comes in and yells at me saying security was coming because they were closing and I needed to leave. My wife bought me a 50 minute deep tissue massage for my birthday, massage was ok. It didn't feel like a deep tissue at all. Didn't focus much on calfs or legs at all. I told the girl giving the massage that I had a lot of stiffness in my neck and upper back and she barely did anything with my neck. Also was not told about the day spa and sauna until my massage was over so I was not prepared to take advantage of those perks which was honestly a little upsetting. Had gel nail spa day. Both hands and feet. Gel nail came partially off one nail, called to have it fixed. No problem booked it, but when I showed up I could tell it was not a service that really wanted to fix. The girl was not happy I was there, was very rough taking off the polish. Snapped at me because I didn’t know the name of the color on my nails.
I taught several of the front desk staff and attendants booking protocol, product knowledge and two new hair and scalp treatments from John Paul Mitchel Systems. This spa is run very well and I want to take my wife back to enjoy the services as a couple.
We had a wonderful day at the spa, make sure you take advantage of the spa day for $35 or included with any service like a facial, the staff is very professional and welcoming, we will definitely go back when ever we stop here.
