I relocated and had 2 babies so I fell off the planet when it came to waxing. Finding a new waxer is hard but in a pinch, I decided to give River Rock a try. Jamie was so kind, completed my wax quickly and kept me distracted. I decided to return and saw Erin who was also so kind and very professional. My wife bought me a 50 minute deep tissue massage for my birthday, massage was ok. It didn't feel like a deep tissue at all. Didn't focus much on calfs or legs at all. I told the girl giving the massage that I had a lot of stiffness in my neck and upper back and she barely did anything with my neck. Also was not told about the day spa and sauna until my massage was over so I was not prepared to take advantage of those perks which was honestly a little upsetting. Had gel nail spa day. Both hands and feet. Gel nail came partially off one nail, called to have it fixed. No problem booked it, but when I showed up I could tell it was not a service that really wanted to fix. The girl was not happy I was there, was very rough taking off the polish. Snapped at me because I didn’t know the name of the color on my nails.
No only are the woman that work up front the absolute sweetest people making sure their guests are comfortable and have what they need I got a 50 minute Swedish massage from Riva and it was absolutely amazing. I have a tendon injury in my arm and it has been months even with PT since I have been able to move without pain. Riva was able to work the area around my injury and for the first time in months I can move freely. If you want to go to a Spa that cares about their clients I highly recommend booking here.
This place once failed me for the maintenance day schedule and I decided to go. But don't get me wrong this place for me is heaven the dry sauna , steam sauna , jacuzzi , the spacious shower area , multiple room for massage the , . Complimentary hot and cold drinks while relaxing in the beautifully set up lounge.
