We had such a great experience with this daycare! My baby was there for a couple of months, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Every day they had thoughtful sensory and motor skill activities that helped her learn, grow, and explore new things. I always felt confident that she was in good hands and surrounded by people who genuinely love what they do. Highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their little one.
The teachers are wonderful — caring, responsible, and clearly dedicated to the children. The two stars are a reflection of their hard work, which we truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the management is a different story. There seems to be a disconnect between leadership and the families they serve, with little regard for customer concerns or communication. Our son absolutely loves everyone at this daycare. At first we were all having some issues adjusting, but after talking to the director, we came up with some potential solutions and we immediately saw a change. I would highly recommend this daycare.
I want to sincerely thank all the teachers and staff at Bright Horizons Newport for the amazing care and support they have given my daughter. You have played such an important role in helping her grow, learn, and reach her milestones. its been over a year since my daughter left river school. she was there from 1 1/2 to 3. i feel all teachers and management there is very supportive and caring and cara is a very personable manager. however my daughter was considered to be more difficult and in the end they told us we couldnt keep sending her there. so a warning to parents in the area that this is what could end up happening there in the worst case scenario. your family need to be a high resource family i think to be able to have a smooth transition for your... read more
