I give this place a 1 star I sent a maintenance request in December 3,2024 and it took them all the way till we moved out to try to fix it let alone it’s maintenance request that we had put in on the portal where we pay our rent it says completed, but it has not been fixed. It looks good in writing but hey, I have proof it’s been a year it’s bugs and mice they told me and my fiancé we have to pay your own money for Pest Control not them once you move in that’s your problem They love adding unnecessary fees imaginary fee... read more
I paid my deposit in October before moving in I was told by Chad that the unit will be fully completed by our move in date on December 1st . Chad was gone by the time we moved in . Upon moving in the we did a walk through and the unit was not clean, we said it was okay because it was routine cleaning in which is pretty normal to us because why not .. Can’t trust everybody’s cleaning. How ever when we started the cleaning process we noticed several roaches , underneath the sink was never cleaned nor finished and dead roaches ... read more
Jackie is great The AC went out on Saturday. It got repaired and a reasonable amount of time. She listens and tries her best.
if i could give this place zero starts i would DO NOT MOVE HERE property manager said that this place would be ready for us to move in and surprise surprise it wasn’t wanted to push it back a week 2 days before moving out of our old place i had the rental truck and everything ready to go, major problems within the townhome and when i communicated this to the property manager i was met with “oh we will come this day or tomorrow” and no one ever shows up extremely unprofessional with a lack of knowledge on how to run this plac... read more
I’ve been living here for quite some time and yes all apartments have their up and downs, but for the most part.. it’s been Okay! We have been through several property manager’s which brought a lot of changes and frustration. There’s a rent increase every year and “YES” I understand market conditions and competition, there no amenities just square footage as compared to other places that offers amenities.
