Thanks Chad For Letting Me Experience The Difference. I Have No Complaints. The Work Orders I Put In ,Was Handled With In 24 Hrs & Sometimes Quicker Than That & Then The Property Manager (Chad) Would Follow Up With A Phone Call To Make Sure It Was Done. The Up Keep Of The Outside Is Neat & Trash Free & My Town House Is Literally Around 30 Feet From The Dumpsters, That Says Alot. I Will Definitely Be Here For Awhile.

We have been through several property manager’s which brought a lot of changes and frustration. I’ve been living here for four years so a week before Christmas my oven went out I talked to Tyler (Manager) and he promised me it would be fixed before the holiday so about a couple days before Christmas Eve he tells me he has the part in the office if I want to come get it 🤔 basically to fix it myself 😒 so Christmas Eve he said the maintenance man would do it at a certain time never did. I paid my deposit in October before moving in I was told by Chad that the unit will be fully completed by our move in date on December 1st . Chad was gone by the time we moved in . Upon moving in the we did a walk through and the unit was not clean, we said it was okay because it was routine cleaning in which is pretty normal to us because why not .. Can’t trust everybody’s cleaning. How ever when we started the cleaning process we noticed several roaches , underneath the sink was never cleaned nor finished and dead roaches ... read more
