The care team at River Valley surgical was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and caring. I felt totally safe and reassured getting my pain shots. Dr Kapur is an excellent Doctor. He and his staff explained every step of my procedure. Dr Kapur, Lorrie, Valerie, Steph, JennB, Robin , Carmella, Krista, Shantel were fantastic! Thank you for making my procedure go smoothly! I’ve been to River Valley on two separate occasions (2020 and now) with two different children, and I’m happy to say the care was outstanding both times. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the entire process was seamless from check-in (thank you, Brenda!) through discharge. My 16-year-old daughter had a tonsillectomy with Dr. Dellacono on 7/1, and every single staff member we encountered was kind, patient, and compassionate. My child recently had surgery at this facility, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was kind, caring, and professional. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made both my son and I feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone at river valley made it a smooth surgery. I would definitely return and recommend here if needed. I want to give a shout out to expecially MiKe Bakowski when I got to river valley I was very very upset and nervous/ scared lots of emotions this was my first surgery ever ! He seen I was upset and calmed me down a lot . He even sat in pre opp with me and talked my ear off which really helped all his funny stories and made me laugh and not so nervous for the procedure. My experience couldn't have been better! Lorrie helped calm me down and fill out my registration form the Friday before my procedure. I was trying for an half an hour on line and kept getting booted out. I was so frustrated and in tears, that I drove over to River Valley, and Lorrie was an immense help. Thank you Lorrie.
