My wife and I had colonoscopies here today. Everyone couldn’t have been more kind and supportive. From walking in and being checked in by a very friendly receptionist, the nurse who then brought you into the prep area, all the nurses who got you prepped, the friendly anesthesiologists, the wonderful doctor who did the procedure and was so nice, to the nurses and techs who got you ready to go and wheeled us out, it couldn’t have been better. When my Fiancée passed out when I was getting prepped for surgery they all rushed quickly to help her and took great care of her and made sure she was ok. I really appreciated how quickly they rushed to help her and got her to the ground so she didn’t fall and hit her head. My surgery experience there was also really amazing!
I had a wonderful experience at this facility. All team members, including Brenda, Jenn B, Sarah, Danielle, & Robin were so kind and very accommodating to me and my family. We will definitely return and recommend river valley ASC for future health needs!
