I loved Riverbank. The kitchen is fabulous & maintenance always took care of my issues in a timely manner.
Please if you love your mental health, your family your life DO NOT MOVE here. I have to go to court to file harassment complaints on unit 1 & C building 1009 because they will not stop harassing me and my kids . You can’t hang up curtains here, you can’t listen to music on your PHONE. I absolutely love our property manager, she is amazing. If something is wrong whether it be when it comes to fixing something or when it comes to having issues with one of your neighbors she is on it! She truly cares about her tenants and she even reached out to you. I don't think there is any property manager that is better then her! She is truly amazing and would look to her if your wanting to rent. She will look out for you and she is on top of everything when it comes to your needs
Love our apartment manager as she is amazing, our new maintenance guy rocks too. Only thing I really hate is the laundry facility. There's literally four washers and four dryers for the entire complex which makes no sense. Today I went to wash my kids uniforms and the door is locked with no note, again. Ugh. Frustrating to say the least. They could use an update too but I'm sure that isn't gonna happen. 3 Stars as there's plenty that could be improved on but not the worst to live in. I find the management team here at riverbank complex as an excellent and fair team. Always attentive to tenants when in need of service.
