Everything and everyone was awesome!!From the staff to the Dr. Front desk girl was very polite and what a beautiful smile! We loved her positivity.. Dr. Gheris was very concise and helpful. She took her time and explained everything clearly. Very friendly. Couldn’t ask for more! 😍
I have been to a few Riverchase locations, and this one definitely tops the list. The facility is clean and modern, the rooms are spacious and the staff is nice. Gina was awesome! She was efficient and made sure to full address my concerns.
I had a great experience at this office that's right in my neighborhood. Easy check in, very little wait until brought back to exam room. The staff was friendly and professional.
As a first time patient, I felt I was in very capable hands with the PA, Jeana. Very personal, professional, and thorough during the exam. Also, the front desk receptionist was exceptional and very courteous. Very satisfied with my visit.
The doctor was GREAT! Knowledgeable and friendly. However, as a new patient, I had problems getting an appointment for my daughter's quickly spreading rash, which lead to misdiagnosis by our GP, a needless urgent care visit and another WRONG prescription: hundreds of dollars spent unnecessarily before we finally got an appointment with Riverchase.
