Dr. Buchbinder was very insensitive to my needs and took no time to sit down and build a client relationship. He missed the area I asked him to fix 3 different times and I had to go back and ask the nurse to make sure he was doing it correctly. I now have scars in those areas because he did the procedure with no empathy towards his client or his own mistakes. Too old to be doing dermatology!! Do not recommend.
Dr Bookbinder has been my doctor for over 12 years. I went to see him this Tuesday. He misdiagnosed my skin problem from a minimum of 10 feet away. When I tried to follow up with him on Friday as he suggested I was in such bad shape that I sent him pictures in an e mail. I followed up with staff to make sure he got the e mail. They assured me he had and would call me back. He never did. I ended up in an emergancy room.
Dr Buchbinder has been a fantastic doctor for me for about 20 years. He allows my husband to be present during the exam (i have a memory disorder, he can prompt me to ask stuff, and can remember any instructions) He is firm in supporting hid patients when other doctors aren't addressing points he thinks are important. Pain control is very important to him, there is no discomfort when he has to get lab specimens.
My visits to Riverchase Dermatology have always been pleasant. Dr Buchbinder is an excellent and caring doctor. The staff is most pleasant and accommodating. All in all a pleasant experience.
The staff are always friendly and recognize my voice whenever I call. Dr Buckbinder is highly knowledgeable and helped with all my skin conditions quickly and thoroughly. Being fair complected/ginger and a native of Florida my skin has seen some sunny days to say the least. Jamie Carroll
