It was a very easy and pleasant experience. The appointment was on time, and very thorough. The Physians Assisnt, Ms Start was pleasant and reassuring. She offered good advice for my questions. Thank you for helping me. JB
Lydia is wonderful! She is such a good listener, caring, encouraging, friendly and knowledgeable. She has helped me out with several different issues the past year. She is the first dermatologist I’ve had that doesn’t lecture me about my tan!!! I never have to wait long for my appointment but yet she takes her time during my appointment!! She is a gem to have on Marco!!!
Impressed with how quickly they took me back to a room after my arrival. Lidia Starr PA was my provider and was wonderful. Listened to my concerns and explained causes and treatment. Very happy with care and will definitely return and recommend.
Lidia Starr gets all my stars. She treated my 8yr old for the very uncomfortable & painful freezing of many areas of Molluscum contagiosum. She transformed into Elsa from frozen and blasted them all away and my little one took it like a true warrior. Her kind demeanor and thoroughness is exemplary we need more practitioners with her compassion and knowledge.
Turned away from an appointment by the front desk receptionist for being 14 minutes late for an appointment. Zero flexibility or willingness to give good customer service or see how she could have rescheduled to fit us in again. Will be finding a new dermatologist unfortunately.
