I love this community! Everyone is so friendly and looks out for their neighbors. Our park manager is amazing and so nice, if.you have a problem she is quick t9 find a solution. My mom had an old pickup truck next to her place and requested it be removed because it didn't run and was an eyesore. Lavonda was very quick to get the ball rolling to have it removed. I like it here very much. The management and engineers are on top of things and the place is clean, cute, and quiet. So far so good.

No glitzy amenities or events but the big draw for me is the Old Florida vibe of the park with it's shady trees, hanging moss and vintage Elvis Era mobile homes. It's close to downtown Tavares without having to battle traffic, is priced reasonably and Linda, the park manager and Moe, the maintenance man stay on top of things. It's a great place to be in Lake County..

I have to be honest, I have not been to Riverest in 40 years. I was in love with the park back then. I've seen the massive improvements in your park. 🤩🤩💯 If I ever come for a visit to Florida. I'll bet you 💯😍😍 I'll be back. My Grandparents lived there from around 1954 till around 2000. Dates are not clear. My love is strong. Take care 🤗🤗

It is embarrassing to have company here to visit. We nicknamed this “the Swamp” The park has gone downhill in the last 3 years and does not reflect the high rent increases.
