Second time taking my dog here and love it. They so professional and very polite. Me and my Bella felt so comfortable. The vet are nice and explain everything to you about your pet. Bella really don't lie going to the vet but the vet make her feel so comfortable and gave her treats.
Hello first time I brought my Bella here very good service the front desk very professional. The vet that took care Bella he was nice and explained to name what was going on with Bella. The wait was fast only one person was ahead of me she was in and out I will definitely come back here and they open Sunday that perfect fir be since I’m off work Sunday abs close to my house. Great service very happy 😊
Too expensive.1st pf all! .Don't like it how they take dog in another area to be vaccinated. So I'm not 100% sure if he was vaccinated or not. Vet was very cold in her demeanor. I was billed for things vet wanted me to biy for my puupy. Even though I had these items already. WiLL NEVER EVER TAKE MY PUUPY TO THAT VET! AND VET ASSISTANT WAS POLITE BUT SHE WASNT KNOWLEDGEABLE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

This place is NOT RECOMMENDED. I have been bringing my beloved rescue dog Margaret to Riverside for the last 6 years that we have had her. She has been through multiple cancer surgeries with this vet and many other issues over the years. We've always had a good experience, with the exception of always feeling pressured to be upsold on vaccines, but recently the doctors have all changed over and they are now under new management. This hospital is so horrible and definitely avoid dr. Doherty. My cat has been vomiting and suffering from constipation for a few days and I brought her to the hospital. It was obvious that the cat was having anal gland issue, as her anal was swollen so badly. However, Dr Doherty just said that my cat is overweighted and asked me to change food (everyone can tell that from the first glance).
