The issue didn’t get taken care of the day it happened, but I understand that Derek might have had prior issues to deal with. Jenny, Michelle and Derek are great I have found that this is a nice place to live. I have not lived in an apartment in so many years. The rooms are larger than what I looked at prior to signing
