All the ladies i met up with today at my appointment were lovely. The hygienist was very thorough. The lady who did a few specal xrays after the cleaning was so kind. We chatted like we were old friends and discussed all the things we should do to keep ourselves strong and happy. The doctor was very informative and explained the various teeth which need urgent cara. She wasvery professional. The Receptionist was very professional. Excellent Service ! Dr Dhiman Great Dentist. Caroline at the front desk is kind, caring and went above and beyond to assist me. Riva is so helpful and answered all my questions and concerns making me feel very much at ease. Dental hygienist super friendly and made me feel comfortable. All wonderful Staff and Team. Highly motivated and friendly group of professionals. They took the time to explain what they were doing (but not overwhelming) and were very accommodating to my needs. They were also diligent in making sure I had insurance coverage so I wasn’t surprised with a bill at the end of my visit. I’m glad I switched to Riverside Dental.
So nice to fit me in to Re-cement in a crown filling that came out a few days before important function. Staff are so sweet + personable. Really welcoming, since I just moved into Ladner recently + in a panic to find a new Dentist. _Lovely 1stX experience + impression going there. 👏👍🏼
