I had such an amazing experience at this dental office. I was really anxious bringing my baby with me because I didn’t know if he would cry, but the women who worked there were incredible. One of them held and cared for him during my appointment, which relieved so much of my stress. Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and kind. I recently returned as a patient after last attending here as a child, and the experience was five-star in every way. Dr. Kenneth Poznikioff took my case personally and spent the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was clear, professional, and reassuring. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that patient care genuinely matters here. And the Sonicare toothbrush… WOW. Hands down the most amazing brushing experience I’ve ever had — bar none. Had a emergency at 4pm on a Thursday before Christmas. Our dentist is in Calgary and we had just got back from a terrible white out on the highway. My 89yr old husband was having screaming pain in one of molars. Our dentist & denturist are both in Calgary. Checked reviews and called Riverside Dental.
