I recently returned as a patient after last attending here as a child, and the experience was five-star in every way. Dr. Kenneth Poznikioff took my case personally and spent the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was clear, professional, and reassuring. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that patient care genuinely matters here. And the Sonicare toothbrush… WOW. Hands down the most amazing brushing experience I’ve ever had — bar none. Highly recommend
Love this dentist. It was our first time taking our boys to this dentist. Our little one was having a hard time settling so one of the ladies took him and walked him around and calmed him down. Amazing experience.
Check-in went fine (new patient), no issues even though I was a little late to be early. Professional staff, and the dentist was great, took the time necessary to go over all options for me and explained everything, patiently, so I could understand it. Front desk personnel was as patient afterwards and helped out a lot. Was referred by a friend, and would recommend Riverside myself. Cheers!
Had an emergency abcessed tooth while camping. They took me the following day and were so kind and friendly. Got antibiotics right away and they booked me in for an extraction right after the long weekend. They were very thoughtful and gentle and it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service. Very professional and nice people, especially for people who really do not like going to the dentist.
