I have the highest respect and gratitude for your staff, Carmella and Lacy. Everything went super smooth. These ladies made the process easy. They are special as they have a gift for handling these sensitive matters with professionalism and a sincere warmth that doesn't go unnoticed. Staff was very helpful when they were providing the handling of the body. Have been trying for three weeks to get ahold of some one in regards the mailing of the remains. The urn the ashes are in was damaged and have called to get information about the mailing so I can contact the post office to fill a claim.
