The first day my family member was there they tried to administer someone else’s medication. There was repeated missed doses of medication. There were a few staff members that treated my family as a human being, but a good majority just burst into the room, did what they were going to do and left, no introduction, no communication. Do not ever take your family member to this place, they do not take very good care of the residents at, they worry more about lining their pockets instead of the care the residents get from their aides. I worked for them and I was always on them on how the residents were left when I come into work. I wouldn't trust them with my dog alone a family member.
