Hygienist did a good job, was friendly and efficient. The dentist himself was friendly. That is where the positive experience ended. Arrived 10 minutes early and then proceeded to wait for 30-35 minutes to be called back. As I sat, I watched a patient get rescheduled for being 15-20 minutes late, yet the office was 25 minutes late to call me. In addition, 4-5 people arrived after me & were promptly taken back. Every single member of this staff is genuinely amazing. There are no words that can describe the amount of extra care & support they extend to their patients. My husband and I have started as patients through their emergency care services and it was a no brainer to choose to pursue our treatment plans with Riverstone. Best dental practice I have ever been to, hands down!!
Always have had a good experience at Riverstone. They get you in and out fast for cleanings, take care of those nasty teeth that’s went bad on you and have a comfortable dentistry building, now at three sites. I’m headed for the new one at Hayden. Good Luck
I went for a regular checkup/cleaning. Dental hygienist was flossing my teeth and my crown came off. She said”How unfortunate “ That’s all. Dentist came after, and communicated about my options, but I felt like I am in a factory. I had to ask every detail regarding my tooth treatment. That was such an unfortunate experience. I hope it will get better, since I decided to go with for the treatment.
