I have been coming to Riverstone Dental for 20 years now. I have never had any anxiety or anything with their appointments. Yes, I have had a few not so nice ones in the past couple years, but it did not stop me from being a patient. My hygienist is by far amazing! I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the area, so when I reluctantly made an appointment for my very sore tooth, I was really nervous. When I arrived and checked out, the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Dani the hygienist was very knowledgeable and made getting xrays super easy. I did have to wait awhile for Dr Tanner, but I did not mind, as the chair I was in had massage rollers! So Cool!! Zero stars. Front desk lady when you check in, didn’t even make eye contact with me. Could care less that I was even there. Rude and short! Scheduling lady the exact same, except she looked at me and gave me the I don’t give a shit speech and look. Very nice touch! I will never come back here ever again. Absolutely gross that a doctors office would conduct business this way. These people are the face of your business and the first impression! No wonder your reviews are so low, and you always open availability.
