Mrs. Penny was very professional n thorough. She worked very diligently n I was moved in a week later. I really love my place n maintenance is very good. I would recommend anyone to them!!!
Don’t ever rent from this company I lived here for 4 years and never had a problem paying my rent on time they evicted me saying I’m paying the wrong bill and not only that my lease wasn’t up yet i got a lawyer and he helped paid half of it I payed the rest but they wouldn’t take my money they gave me the running away they ignore my text my calls and my voicemails I had other people called them on 3 way and they picked up and said they was at the Office I was there and nobody answered the door or the phone now we went to cou... read more
Never Ever Rent here at this apartment complex, They are nothing but scam artists I know someone that lived there for a total of 4 years and now they are unfortunately evicted from there home and they have no place to go they change their landlords every week and also there is no official working phone number either so don't rent your apartment here they will take your money and if you are short by a couple of dollars then you are screwed
My friend lives here and said she's getting an eviction because of a "lease violation" simply because she complained about roaches... They have a bug problem but wanna hide it under the rug. They really out here tryna make people homeless because of their own laziness, pride and greed. One star, would not recommend.
