Riverview town homes very much feels like the forgotten red headed stepchild of Investek's properties. When we moved in there were multiple issues that were not addressed. We even took pictures and sent to management to cover ourselves incase they tried to charge us for it. Can't speak on other units but our unit's ground level floors were not level. My wife and I really loved our experience at Riverview!! First off, the townhome itself was really nice and spacious. Nice living space, good size kitchen, and the bedrooms were the right size for a family of three. It was also convenient having the washer and dryer hookup upstairs. It seemed like they were always making improvements to the exterior of the complex. Whether it was new concrete patios and walks, painting, or repaving the parking lot. Great location, decent size townhomes for a small family. The water plant is nearby so the smell can through you off a bit but the nature itself is gorgeous! Since they changed management, the level of professionalism has dwindled. Cheryl is a horrible property manager. No matter the situation, if you are the only point of contact, you should do your job accordingly as well as professionally and she does not.
