New management is not taking care of property like it had been. No professional lawn service??? Low lot rent includes cable TV. Tropical Haven Mobile Home Park is quickly becoming the quintessential trailer park. Many are abandoned and grossly unkept. Several occupied trailers are in extreme need of maintenance, upkeep and proper lawn care. In the last 8 years, I’ve never seen it this bad. Owned by Melbourne Airport Authority.
