Love this place. Neighbors are nice and nothing better than living next to nice people. Howard in the office is a pleasure to deal with. Nothing bad to say here. Got the river across the street which makes a nice breeze all the time. A hidden gem is my description :)
Lovely surroundings, friendly residents, close to everything, and good fishing in nearby pond! (See fish pics) Also, close to beach!
Nice residents. Bad managers, assistants and owners who are horizon homes. Residents are 5*, prop manager s - points. Twice they had promised me a lot, accepted app and kept app fee. Then, 1st time... plumber issue. Delayed. No place to live, left area. 3 years later, app fee $75 for 55+ I now qualified for. Accepted it and me. 3 days. Then changed lot i selected AND increased lot fee 10% increase/month. 500 to 550 BTW.... Count on an annual increase. Stay away unless you like working for the people you pay to take care... read more
Was very pleased by the interaction with the residents. Unlike Seattle (no eye contact and never a word) the Riverviewers made me feel welcome.
It is in a great location, affordable and very pet friendly, plus I can walk out my driveway and see the Indian River and Pineda Causeway. We are 4.5 miles to the beach and very close to shopping areas. God put us here for a reason, that I am still trying to figure out.
