I love our apartment. We've lived here about a month now and I cannot recommend the building more. We love the amenities. My husband definitely makes use of the gym and we're excited to try out the sauna. The parking garage helps, since it's so hard to find parking in Jersey City. Overall our apartment is super cozy and the building is well kept and clean. The shuttle service is super convenient for me to get to and from the city for work.
The move in process was incredibly smooth, stress-free, and hassle-free.Danial provided me with the best recommendation and showed me the apartment, within three days we were approved right away! My apartment is modern and beautiful. The gym area is maintained well and clean. Also still to this day If I have any questions or concerns, she has been more than happy to help me with them all. I’ve lived in this apartment for 14 months and had a wonderful experience. The amenities are great—especially the business center, which was perfect for work-from-home days with its quiet private cabins. The gym is constantly being upgraded with new machines based on residents requirements. There is also a sauna and a cold plunge. Checked out a bunch of places and River Apartments just clicked. It feels upscale without trying too hard, the gym is solid, parking’s easy, and the common areas stay super clean. Maintenance is quick, too. Big thanks to Joe from the management team—he walked me through everything from application to move-in and kept it stress-free. I also use the shuttle service, which makes my commute to work a breeze. If you’re apartment hunting, this spot really checks the boxes.
