Rivet Apartments are a big disappointment. Been in this Apartment community since 2018. Everything was FANTASTIC until 12/2024 when Meridia Management took over the property & everything went to a disgusting mess! They removed the concierge & replaced it with on & off part time security guard that has to divide themselves between 2 buildings. Packages are constantly missing. The paint on walls are horrible, they changed the lobby furniture & put the concierge desk blocking the lobby entrance to elevators. A true fire hazard.... read more
