Spent a while searching for the perfect apartment for my move and I luckily came across Rivet Apartments. Recently moved in and loving the apartment so far! The team was super helpful with onboarding and getting set up! Major shout out to Danielle for the superb assistance with walkthroughs of all my questions before I signed my lease! Would def recommend to anyone looking for a new spot!
I enjoyed my time at Rivet 23. The apartments are a nice size, and I appreciated the amenities, especially the Smith machines in both gyms and the sauna at 26 and assigned parking spot. The maintenance team was always quick, friendly, and helpful. The main challenge for me was the shuttle service to the Journal Square PATH during peak morning hours between 8 and 9am. The move in process was incredibly smooth, stress-free, and hassle-free.Danial provided me with the best recommendation and showed me the apartment, within three days we were approved right away! My apartment is modern and beautiful. The gym area is maintained well and clean. Also still to this day If I have any questions or concerns, she has been more than happy to help me with them all. I love our apartment. We've lived here about a month now and I cannot recommend the building more. We love the amenities. My husband definitely makes use of the gym and we're excited to try out the sauna. The parking garage helps, since it's so hard to find parking in Jersey City. Overall our apartment is super cozy and the building is well kept and clean. The shuttle service is super convenient for me to get to and from the city for work.
Without any hesitation, Rivet is always ready and willing to help. Maintenance is prompt, efficient and done perfectly. The management helped me with my car under these snowy conditions and accommodations were effortless! Thank you so much for making my living experience exceptional 😊
