I’ve lived at the Rivet 26 for several years now and have really enjoyed it. It’s a very clean and quiet building, with nice amenities. Since then, the newer management company has worked hard to add more perks and amenities to the building, like the cold plunge and sauna! I moved to Rivet 23 earlier this year and so far I am really enjoying it. I really enjoy amenities such as the gym, sauna and rooftop. All the concerns have been addressed in a very timely manner. The complex is clean and always smells good. There is room for improvement with the packages system and the current system can be a bit disorganized, but the staff members do their best to organize daily. Property management needs to make a change. The atmosphere in this community has noticeably changed since the new property manager arrived. It feels like decisions are being made based on what she wants rather than what is best for the residents, and it has taken away the welcoming environment that made this place feel like home. I truly hope ownership listens to residents’ concerns and brings back the professionalism and positive community we experienced with the previous management team.

I chose this property largely because of the shuttle service, which was one of its most heavily promoted amenities. In my experience, the service has declined significantly over time. During peak commuting hours, it is not uncommon for residents to begin lining up 20–30 minutes before departure, yet some are still unable to board because the shuttle reaches capacity before its scheduled departure time.
