RKAK does a good job of helping people, of all walks of life, find a reasonably pleasant place, they can call home. In a highly demanding environment where resource crunch is almost inevitable almost every day, they serve their tenants well. Hats off to these well-meaning people who try their best!

They won't let me select a half a star. I live in an apartment that they took over. When I first moved in it was nice a quiet. Everything was clean and I loved living here. Once they took over everything changed. The parking lot has garbage everywhere alone with broken glass. The hallway now have garbage bag in them because the people they rent to don't want to take it out. The hallways also have e food and used tampons ground into the carpet. I rented from them and there were bed bugs that infested the entire building, the plumbing stopped working, all of which they refused to do anything about for WEEKS, there were borderline naked drunks puking on the outside of the buildings, and they refused to give me my despot back after I cleaned the place. Not to mention they refused to take the utilities out of my name, ruining my credit until I paid the $800 for utilities 5 months AFTER I’d moved out and terminated my lease. I highly recommend not dealing with these rip- off scumbags, they will charge you for the air you breathe in their property and when you leave they will find every mickey mouse charges they can dream up, i got charged 2000$ for a coffee stain on the carpet. Do not rent from these people unless you want to be screwed over.
